EDW[ARD R]EX [AN]GLI. Facing crowned bust, pellets by hair.

Reverse:

CIVI[TAS DON]OLI. Long cross pattée dividing the legend, with three pellets in each angle. Rose in centre, extra pellet in one quarter. 

Struck on a typical small flan, about very fine and toned. A scarcer variety with pellets by hair and extra one on the reverse.
