Reverse:

CHRISTO AVS[PICE RE]GNO. Garnished shield with H [C] within garniture at base.

Struck on an irregular flan, as is typical otherwise very fine and toned. The flan shape and strike almost identical to the Wills / Ryan / Banes / Rostron example.
