Weakly struck on the face otherwise good very fine, free of peckmarks and an extremely rare moneyer for Dover. 

Of the 79 short cross coins of Dover listed on EMC/SCBI there is only 1 example of this moneyer, from the same dies, SCBI 36 Berlin Museum - Number 756.
