POSVI DEVM ADIVTORE MEVM, CIVITAS LONDON. Long cross patteé dividing the legend, with three pellets in each angle. Unbarred A in ADIV and barred in TAS.

About very fine, full weight, a few light marks. A very good example of this very rare issue.
