Reverse:

POSVIMVS DEVM ADIVTOREM NOSTRVM. Oval garnished shield with arms of Spain and England, crown dividing value mark VI above.

Good fine, rev better, well centred, dark tone, evidence of double crease. Overall a pleasing example of this scarce issue.
