EXVRGAT DEVS DISSIPENTVR INIMICI. Declaration RELIG PRO LEG ANG LIBER PAR in two lines, three plumes with pellets above and date 1646 divided by pellets and OX below.

About very fine, excellent horseman, good weight, scrapes to both sides, dark tone patches to rev but overall a very good example of this poorly struck issue.
