Obverse:

[CAROLVS D G MAG BR FRAN ET HI RX]. Crude horseman, tail behind legs, prominent mane.

Reverse:

[CHRIST]O AVSPICE [REGNO]. Crowned oval garnished shield with lion's paw each side.

Fair, very heavily clipped, surface marks but a very rare issue. Same die pair as Brooker 1162 (obv also 1160-4).
