Reverse:

EXVRGAT DEVS DISSIPENTVR INIMICI. Declaration RELIG PROT LEG ANG LIBER PAR in two lines, three plumes and XX above and date 1642 below. 

Once cleaned and now re-toning and some damage to reverse otherwise good fine and very rare. Same die pair as Brooker 796 and the reverse also used at Oxford, Brooker 859.
