ICOBV[S DEI TRACI]A REX SCOTO. Crowned facing bust, sceptre to the left, lis on breast, saltire and I by neck, saltire on shoulders. 

Reverse:

[DNS] PTECOTOR [MSE] LIB[ATOR M], VILLA EDINBVRGH. Long cross without lis in centre, fleur-de-lis and three pellets in alternate angles, extra small pellets and saltire.

Edge chipped otherwise about very fine for issue and rare.
