Obverse:

OFFA around a square of pellets, crosslet to corners and reversed R in centre.

Reverse:

EOBA on the leaves of a quatrefoil with cross of pellets in annulet centre.

Good fine or better for issue, light pitting. A very good example of this extremely rare issue.
