IHC AVTEM TRANCIENS PER MEDIV ILLORVM IBAT. Florated cross with lis terminals, lions between with crowns above, annulets to corners of central panel, all within tressure of eight arches, saltire stops, E in centre.

Approaching very fine, well centred with good detail, evidence of creasing and minor edge nick at 11 o’clock. A good example of this rare issue.
