Reverse:

IHC AVTEM TRANSIENS PER MEDIV ILLORVM IBAT. Florated cross with lis terminals, lions between with crowns above, C in centre,  all within tressure of eight arches.

Pierced otherwise good very fine, full flan and perfectly centered, extremely sharp strike. Overall a very pleasing example of this rare issue.
