About fine. The legend reading could potentially be [GOLDH]AV[C]:ON:[CAN] (as BMC 66 - B) or [R]AV[L]:ON:[LINCOL] (as BMC 421 - F). There is no die match in Mossop for Lincoln and we feel that Canterbury is the most likely mint. More research is necessary to locate a die match and confirm the attribution.
