RICAR[D ON --].  Large cross potent with small cross potent in each angle.

Small scratches on the reverse otherwise about very fine and toned, a clear bust.

Ex Wicklewood Hoard

The Wicklewood (Norfolk) hoard, discovered in 1989 was likely deposited around 1170 and consisted of 482 coins; 355 pennies, 104 cut halfpennies and 23 cut farthings of Henry I, Stephen, Matilda, David I of Scotland and Henry II.
